Consideration for the Board of County Commissioners to approve the purchase of (1) new model year 2019 Smooth Drum Roller for the RC Road & Bridge District 2 shop and authorization of the County Manager to electronically sign the Purchase order to Faris Machinery in the amount of $117,437.00 dollars.

WAIVER REQUEST FOR (2) NEW XYBIX WORKSTATIONS

Consideration for the Board of County Commissioners to waive the formal purchasing process and approve the award and authorize the County Manager to electronically sign the purchase order to for (2) new dispatch workstations for the RC Communications move to the CLEF from Xybix Systems, Inc. for $50,847.76.

STATE BID FOR MOTOROLA CONSOLETTES

Consideration to approve the purchase and authorization for the County Manager to electronically sign a purchase order to Motorola Solutions for (2) new consolettes (radios) and (3) replacement consolettes for the Routt County Communications Department, Communications Center, for the amount of $28,054.40.
