IFB 597 OVERLAY 2018

Consideration for approval and authorization of the Chairperson to sign the Notice of Award and associated contract documents to the low bidder Kilgore Companies, LLC dba Elam Construction for a not to exceed amount of $595,604 for 2018 overlay applications.

This award complies with the Purchasing Process for Invitation to Bid (IFB) Solicitations established in the Routt County Purchasing Manual 5th edition, Section 3.01, Item 1.

SHARED LEASE AGREEMENT - COMBINED LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY

Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair’s signature on the Shared Lease Agreement between the City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County for the Combined Law Enforcement Facility Building (County lessor) and the Shared Lease Agreement for the Evidence Area (City lessor).

Consideration to approve a notice to proceed in the amount of $3,900,000 to Calcon Construction for a 3 month startup phase for the CLEF project.
