Consideration to find the interagency agreements and provision of all hazard response services are desired by the Routt County Board of County Commissioners, and therefore no material modifications have been made in the Yampa Fire District First Amended Service Plan and authorize the Chair to sign such letter to the District.

Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and for approval and authorization for the chairperson to sign two (2) purchase orders for pavement patching material:

-      One (1) purchase order for an estimated total quantity of 1,000 tons to Elam Construction for $70/ton for a total estimated purchase of $70,000.00

-      One (1) purchase order for and estimated total quantity of 1500 tons to United Companies for $70/ton for a total estimated purchase of $105,000.00

Total combined authorization of $175,000.00 for the Road and Bridge Department.

RFP 607 CLASS 1 GROUND TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER

Consideration for approval and authorization of the Airport Director to sign the Alpine Taxi/Limo, Inc. Class 1 Ground Transportation License and Use Agreement effective May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2023 at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA).

Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approval of purchase and authorization of the County Manager to electronically approve and sign a  purchase order to Strictly Tech in the amount of $48,999.78 for thirty one (31) Desktop Computers,  thirteen (13) Laptop Computers, fifty (50) Monitors, and corresponding 5 year on site service contracts for the Routt County IT Department.
