Consideration for the approval of the guaranteed maximum prices presented by Calcon Construction of $15,738,304 for the CLEF project shared facilities and $785,995 for the Communications Center for a total GMP of $16,524,299, and authorize the county ma​nager to sign the notice to proceed.
