Consideration and motion to approve repeal of Ordinance No. 91-01 providing for smoking policy in the Routt County courthouse and annex buildings.

First Reading of a Resolution to Replace Ordinance No. 91-01

Consideration and approval of a Resolution of the Board Of County Commissioners prohibiting the sale, possession, use, or display of marijuana on property owned or occupied by Routt County and prohibiting smoking in all indoor areas of buildings owned or leased by, or within the control of Routt County.

Consideration to approve the purchase and authorization for the County Manager to electronically sign purchase order for one (1) new 2018 model year Western Star 4900 SF 4x4 truck with outfitting to be used by the D3 Shop for snow plowing for the Road and Bridge Department.

Consideration for the approval of the recommendation by the Routt County Weed Advisory Board to fund two projects with Taylor Grazing Act / Range Improvement Funds within Routt County.

Consideration to approve the award of the guaranteed maximum price of $15,738,304 to Calcon Construction for the CLEF shared facilities which includes $4,735,000 for the DOLA grant award amount and approve the notice to proceed of $4,735,000 authorizing the County Manager to sign.
