Consideration to approve and authorization to sign a Resolution authorizing Routt County as well as the municipalities of Yampa, Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek and Hayden to participate in the Rural Jump Start Program for the express purpose of encouraging economic development in rural areas of Colorado.

6-Months Pay Step Increase to Step 4 of the Human Resources Director Pay Scale

Consideration to approve an increase in pay to step 4 at 6 months for Katherine T. Nelson as Human Resources Director with the completion of performance goals and a 6-months performance review.  The 6-month increase will be at the pay scale approved for 2019.
