Consideration to approve the modification of the West Tract, Section 5 (a) of the conservation easement, from 75 acres to 40.41 acres. Noting, the property would continue to meet all the conservation values as outlined in the Conservation Easement previously approved and recorded.

Consideration for the approval of the award and authorization of the County Manager to electronically sign the purchase order for IFB 621 Cutting Edges and Blades to Wagner Supply in the amount of Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three Dollars and Eighty Cents ($56,853.80) for the Routt County Public Works Department.

Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approval of the Chair to sign the Notice of Award and authorization of the County Manager to electronically sign the purchase order for the Routt County Justice Center and Jail Security Camera Upgrade to CML Security, LLC in the amount of Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($55,600.00) Dollars.
