DISCUSSION REGARDING ROUTT COUNTY COMMISSIONER REDISTRICTING

Discussion regarding the status of redrawing the Routt County Commissioner Districts using the 2020 Census data. On October 18, 2021, two options were presented to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board asked that time be given for citizens to provide feedback. Today we will review the feedback. The Board of County Commissioners can give direction on how to proceed with the process.

PHIPPSBURG AND MILNER WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS

In light of needed upgrades and maintenance needs to facilities in Pburg and Milner and potential ARPA (and other) funding availability Adam Sommers P.E. (AquaWorks DBO, Inc.) has been invited to present an overview of options for different types of systems, permitting requirements, timelines and funding mechanisms; and also logical next steps for upgrades to Pburg and Milner wastewater treatment infrastructure.
