Request the Board of County Commissioners approve the award, the Chair sign the PSA and authorize the County Manager to electronically sign the purchase order to Wright Water Engineers, Inc. for an amount no to exceed $59,868.

OAK CREEK FUNDING REQUEST

Consideration of a funding request from the Town of Oak Creek for $80,000 to help with headgate and headgate operating equipment installation on Sheriff Reservoir. The Town will match this $80,000 and apply for a funding supplement from DOLA in the amount of $160,000.  DOLA requires a matching amount for their grant.
