CAPITAL FUNDING REQUEST FOR HAYDEN CENTER SPECIFICALLY CHILDCARE CENTER

The Town of Hayden is formally requesting Routt Counties financial participation in the development of the Hayden Center. Our four main components are: A Childcare Center provided by Totally Kids and Totally Tots; Recreation Center; Creative Arts Center; and Secondary Education facility focused on the trades. With the current estimated construction budget the Town is still working on funding the project and we are requesting funding for the first phase and possibly future phases. We believe the regional aspects of this project could potentially serve the entire valley long-term.

Approval of the first amendment of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and that the Chair sign the PSA and authorization for the County Manager to electronically sign the Purchase Order to Robin Schepper d.b.a. Wayfinder in the amount of $8500 per month for COVID-19 Public Information Officer (PIO) Professional Services.
