Vaccines for Children Program (VFC)

Routt County Public Health is a Vaccines for Children (VFC) program provider. The VFC program helps provide children in Routt County a chance of getting their recommended vaccinations on schedule by providing vaccines to eligible children when their parents or guardians are unable to afford them. 

Vaccines for Children (VFC) Eligibility 

The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program offers vaccines free of cost to children who are 18 years old or younger and who meet one of the following eligibility requirements:  

  • Are Medicaid-eligible 
  • Uninsured 
  • Underinsured (please click here to learn more about what underinsured entails) 
  • American Indian or Alaska Native
