A discussion regarding the BLM land-use planning process and to advocate for increased protections for BLM-managed public lands in Routt County, including closing these areas to future oil and gas drilling and development.

1.    Overlap of Routt County and BLM lands managed by the Colorado River Valley Field Office.
2.    BLM Lands currently Open and Closed to Leasing as per existing Colorado River Valley RMP.
3.    Colorado River Valley Field Office Scoping Alternative E for Colorado River Valley RMP Revision.
4.    Mountain Pact Local Elect Official Letter of Support – Over 120 present and past western local elected officials call for more protection of BLM managed lands.
5.    Colorado local elected official letter to state director – Local elected officials want new BLM resource management plans to prioritize conservation.
