E911 SURCHARGE INCREASE

Periodically the State PUC examines and adjusts the impact of expenses to communications centers around the state to provide the emergency communications service to the public.  Currently, Routt County charges $1.72 per line.  Rate increases can occur in February and June.  The rate increase will go from $1.72 to $1.97 per line.  There is a three month notification to service providers and publication in local papers.  We feel we would like to start this process now.

Consideration to approve the 2022 Private Activity Bond (PAB) volume cap to Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and authorize the Chair to sign the 2022 Assignment of Allocation and Resolution No. 2022-0__ authorizing assignment.

Consideration to approve funding to the Yampa Valley Housing Authority for Brown Ranch infrastructure design costs in an amount to be determined.
