Room may be re-arranged for your meeting, however you are required to return the space to the original arrangement.

It is the responsibility of the group using the room to leave it in a clean and orderly condition.

If meeting is held outside of regular business hours (before 8AM or after 5PM), you will need to check out a key to access the building. Keys need to be checked out in the Commissioners' Office. Please contact us at (970) 879-0108. Please return any keys lent out before 10AM on the day following the your scheduled meeting.

All our Conference Rooms are available on a first-come basis. 
 
 Routt County allows the use of its conference rooms to Non Profit Organizations and Government entities (local, state, and federal agencies).
