1. Can I have a secondary dwelling unit on my property?

Secondary dwelling units are permitted in certain situations and are subject to specific standards.  Please reference the Secondary Dwelling Unit guide for an overview of those standards.

• Burning of yard waste that does not include salvageable wood or tree stumps
