The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide replacement of the existing terminal boiler units and all associated equipment for Routt County. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by August 19, 2022, with the project completed by October 31, 2022.  This RFP 772 replaces RFP 769 to add additional information and solicit more vendors.
