The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive sealed proposals for the provision of a scalable integrated Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) that uses leading edge technology.  The PARCS will include License Plate Recognition (LPR), hardware and back-office software within a gate controlled environment at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA) located in Hayden, Colorado. Routt County is seeking proposal responses from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing and supporting parking access and revenue control systems.
