Facilities

Room may be re-arranged for your meeting, however you are required to return the space to the original arrangement. It is the responsibility of the group using the room to leave it in a clean and orderly condition.

To  inquire about building access outside of business hours (8AM-5PM) or to cancel a reservation please contact Judy Ward, 970-879-0108.  Failure to cancel a reservation may jeopardize future requests.

All our Conference Rooms are available on a first-come basis. 

Routt County allows the use of its conference rooms to registered Non Profit Organizations and Government entities (local, state, and federal agencies).
